STUDENT PROJECT
Design a cover, feature, and 4 spreads for an article called "Striving to Connect: Health Officials are raising alarms about loneliness and isolation. Can researchers identify what helps?". To solve the design objective, I created a feature and cover using a flat illustration style to tell the story of how doctors are prescribing more drugs than ever to have a quick solve for the feelings of loneliness and isolation. These feelings are entirely subjective from person to person, but what happens when people try to reach out and create a community out of it. That is what the feature is all about.
